Outdoor Bootcamp

A fast moving full body workout that offers a mix of high intensity cardio, strength and conditioning work tailored to all levels of fitness. This outdoor class runs all year round and takes place in beautiful park surroundings. Adjustable hand weights, mats and water are required.

Teen Squad

This class is aimed at aged 10 upwards and takes place at the DH Transformation Centre. Follow a fun yet challenging full body workout programme aimed at improving strength and fitness.  Learn how to use the indoor gym equipment and the outdoor Strongman course under the watchful eye of our DH Coach. This group class is limited to 12 participants. 

Barbell Squad

This class is aimed at those serious about their training and who want to learn how to squat, deadlift and bench press heavier than they thought possible. Follow your own programme under the watchful eye of the DH Coach. You need to be aged 16+ and in good physical health. Limited to 9 participants.

Strongman Training

This class takes place on our specially adapted Strongman course and offers a functional training workout. It is all about lifting heavy, awkward objects (like those you encounter in daily life) and getting them from A to B – whether that is from the ground to overhead, or from one end of the course to the other. This is particularly effective for fat burning and gaining strength. Aimed at both men and women as the weights can be adjusted accordingly. Limited to 10 participants. 

Met Con low

Conditioning

Simply put, metabolic conditioning is a type of training designed to consume maximum calories during the workout, and to create an oxygen deficit that forces your body to burn calories at an accelerated rate for hours afterwards. Limited to 10 participants.

Stretching and mobility

An active Stretching and Mobility class aimed at improving range of motion and increasing flexibility. This is not your run of the mill stretching class, it is a dynamic workout putting you through ranges of motion.  It is perfect for stretching out those tired muscles and paying special attention to any specific problem areas. Limited to 10 participants.

All the benefits of personal training but without the price tag. Maximum of 6 people training with one DH Coach following a periodised progressive training programme to achieve specific goals. 1 x free In-Body measurement is included with each 10 session card. Sign up in advance.

Bootcamp Transformation

A 12 week programme involving unlimited bootcamp classes plus 3.5hours of nutritional consultations. This package includes measurements and a personalised nutritional plan to follow.
